Here are some things our team is doing to stay healthy as we finally venture back outside in the NYC area.

Our staff has shared some things they do daily and we want you to know we feel you. We are all ears when it comes to prevention. As my grandmother used to say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Note: This is in no way medical advice or recommended. We are not medical professionals. We are just trying to stay healthy.

These are the 5 we are doing most often:

Daily Vitamin C
Daily Vitamin D
5 Fruits and Veggies a day minimum: berries, oranges, grapefruits and apples are among staff favs.  
Onion vaping: Keep a half or quarter of onion in a bowl by the desk and by the bed. It keeps the air clean our director swears. (Switch out every 2 days)
Oil of oregano- an all round anti-viral. No wonder 3 staffers have not been able to get their hands on it for 2 months. 

A little home remedy can go a long way. Stay safe and masked up.
